Emergency Contacts

Under the Employee tab, the Emergency Contacts subtab displays an Employee's emergency contact(s). In this section Users can document Relationship, First and Last Name, Home Phone, and Cell Phone.
Note: You can add any number of emergency contacts as LightWork does not limit the amount of contacts you can add in this section. These contacts would be used in case of an emergency for this Employee.

Adding a New Emergency Contact
To add new 'Emergency Contact', click on the Green plus symbol.

  1. Relationship
    The individual's relationship to the Employee.

  2. First Name
    The first name of the individual to contact during an emergency. This is a required field.

  3. Last Name
    The last name of the individual to contact during an emergency. This is a required field.

  4. Address
    The emergency contact's address.

  5. City
    The emergency contact's city of residence.

  6. State
    The emergency contact's state of residence.

  7. Country
    The emergency contact's country of residence.

  8. Home Phone
    The emergency contact's home phone number.

  9. Office Phone
    The emergency contact's work phone number.

  10. Personal Cell
    The emergency contact's cell phone number.

  11. Primary Email
    The emergency contact's primary email.

  12. Edit
    To edit an existing emergency contact, click on the contact you would like edit to enter the edit window.

  13. Save
    Once you are satisified with your selections, click on 'Save'.

Note: To modify access to this section, utilize Group Security Maintenance. This is controlled by the Profiles - Emergency Contacts securable.
